I talk often about our heart space, and listening to our inner guidance, but I know it’s something most people are yet to fully grasp - so I’d like to help you remember.

Stop scrolling. Something guided you to this post for a reason, and there’s something you need to hear/feel/connect back to. So stop for one moment. The world will continue, I promise.

Three Simple Steps:

1. Gently touch your heart center, however’s comfortable for you. Either prayer mudra, or open palms to your heart. You want a physical sensation to bring your awareness to that point.

2. Take 5-10 slow deep breaths, into your belly. About 5 seconds in, 5 seconds out. When you slow your breath to this pace, it signals your body that you’re safe.

3. Focus yourself into a state of appreciation, compassion, gratitude, or forgiveness.

Once you’re relaxed, watch as the thoughts subside.
