Soulessence Collection is made with all natural crystals and gemstones. Each piece is handcrafted and unique. Due to the very nature of the earth and its beautiful formations, our stones vary in color, shape, and detail. It is highly recommended that you DO NOT shower, swim, or exercise wearing your bracelets to preserve its natural quality. Please treat your item with great care, and value it as the precious piece that it is. If your item breaks from being tugged on, has caught on something, or any other physical damage, that is not a reflection on Soulessence's craftsmanship. Please be honest and courteous if you have any issues with your item.
All items are shipped from California. Please allow 3-7 business days for your item to be created, and an average of 2-6 business days for your item to arrive USPS with standard shipping in the U.S. Delivery dates are not guaranteed. You will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information once your item has shipped. Visit ups.com to track your package, using the tracking number sent to you via email.
Lost or Damaged Mail: Soulessence is not responsible for lost or damaged mail. Once your item has been shipped, received and given tracking information, it is out of our hands and the responsibility of USPS. If you're concerned about a package in transit, please contact your local post office.
International Shipping: Please allow up to 4 weeks for all international orders. Soulessence is not responsible for packages held up in customs or additional fees/duties applied by your government.
United States: Your order ships for $5.
International Shipping: Your order ships for $20.
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from our Soulessence Collection. We are happy to exchange or refund your unworn, unused item within 30 days of your order being placed. Please Contact Us and we will send you further instructions.
If you wish to exchange your item and there is a price difference between the two, we will refund the entire cost of the original purchase and ask that you repurchase the new item. We are unable to gather the difference whether or not it is a credit or amount owed. All refunds are given once the item has been received by us. Please allow 5-7 business days for credit card processing.
If your item breaks within 60 days of purchase, simply return it to us to be restrung and Contact Us with details of the repair. We will ship it back to you free of charge. If your bracelet(s) was purchased over 60 days ago, we are happy to restring your item for a $13 fee that will include shipping. If beads are lost and need to be replaced, the price will vary. Please allow 2 weeks for the repair.
